One of our favorite traditions is organizing cricket matches that unite our respective Management and Production teams. With a shared love for the sport, these friendly matches bring out everyone’s competitive spirit, sparking team bonding and breaking down barriers. Whether you’re on the field or cheering from the sidelines, it’s always a chance to connect, build mutual respect, and have a blast!

Our Managing Director’s impactful speech set the stage for a transformative training session, with special insights from Saeed Akhtar, CEO of Process Gains. As we put theory into action, our dedicated teams gain the knowledge and tools needed to work together in dynamic exercises to drive continuous improvement and innovation. This was the perfect opportunity to unveil our Cross-Functional Teams alongside their corresponding Work Improvement teams—through them, our path is powered by collaboration and focus.

PIP Group’s Young Learners’ Programme is a key part of our Sustainable Development I Initiatives (SDI), offering young professionals and students the opportunity to immerse themselves in various departments. Through hands-on experience and mentorship from seasoned experts, participants gain valuable insights into the intricacies of our operations and production processes. It’s all about developing practical skills and preparing the next generation of professionals for success!

Anti-counterfeit brand packaging training delivered by Managing Director, Mr. Saad Haleem Khan, followed by intuitive sales pitch work from the business development team. The topics touched upon were brand reputation, unauthorized replication and regulatory compliance in the packaging industry – all while maintaining the richness of the product packaging and offering versatile packaging solutions. Under our CEO and leadership, we have fast rallied ourselves to embrace the particular challenges of our industry with a focus on studying the curve. 

This intensive internal training session focused on anti-counterfeit brand packaging for our sales and marketing teams. This training aimed to equip our members with in-depth knowledge and strategies to combat counterfeit products. Central to this initiative was the exploration of advanced packaging technologies such as metallized packaging and holographic printing.

Recently, we organized a comprehensive safe firefighting training program for our employees, emphasizing safety protocols and emergency response procedures. This initiative not only ensures the well-being of our workforce but also underscores our dedication to maintaining a safe and secure workplace environment. 

In our drive towards environmental consciousness, we conduct effective firefighting drills which may ensure that resources like water, firefighting equipment, and emergency response vehicles are used efficiently. This conservation of resources aligns with environmental sustainability goals by minimizing water usage and reducing the carbon footprint associated with emergency responses
